Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the event will receive $78 worth of credit to be used in-store and online. You may use this credit towards another Bead Night. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will not receive a refund. We understand life happens, so please do your best to notify us at hello@susanalexandra.com as soon as possible about any changes to your reservations.
