Job Title: Company Coordinator
Reports to: Leadership Team
Status: Full-time hourly, in-person
The Susan Alexandra company coordinator is a dynamic and detail-oriented role that has a hand in every facet of the business. The role requires the unique ability to balance different projects at once while handling internal and external communications.
In this role, you will be instrumental in building partnerships, managing marketing and press initiatives, studio and store special projects, organization and ensuring seamless communication across teams.
Susan Alexandra is a small company where all team members have to wear many hats and work together in symphony to achieve our goals. With this in mind, there are/ will be miscellaneous projects that can fall under this role as well.
Key Responsibilities
Partnerships + Sponsorships:
- Create and maintain a comprehensive pricing menu for charming and beading events to share with potential partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partnership prospects, establishing and nurturing relationships and staying on top of status and communications.
- Negotiate partnership contracts and deliverables, ensuring all parties are aligned on
expectations with assistance from senior management.
- Oversee project timelines and ensure all team members are shared on applicable timelines to ensure deliverables are met and payments are processed timely.
- Update and tailor pitch decks for various partners as needed.
- Maintain the partnerships grid and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Allocate time each week for proactive pitching and outreach to new partnership opportunities.
- Draft compelling content for sponsors that aligns with brand messaging.
- Ensure all deliverables from collaborations are met (i.e. product, social media, etc).
Marketing:
- Distribute weekly marketing initiatives to the broader team, ensuring effective communication.
- Serve as the liaison for the visual team, ensuring marketing strategies and company events
are communicated clearly as directed by management.
- Coordinate and produce marketing initiatives, including photoshoots and special projects.
- Assist with social media assets, either by creation or outsourcing to other creators.
Inter-team Communications
- Facilitate communication between marketing, production, and store teams to ensure alignment
and successful execution of projects.
Press Management
- Field and manage incoming press requests, maintaining an updated tracking sheet and
collecting Letters of Recommendation (LORs).
- Follow up on press inquiries to ensure timely responses and returns.
- Execute first drafts of any press releases.
- As needed, outreach to stylists, editors, etc.
Sales: Off-Site Events (Charming + Beading)
- Handle all inquiries related to off-site events, meeting with potential partners and providing
detailed pricing menus.
- Collaborate with studio and store teams to ensure adequate staffing and supplies for events.
- Ensure the team is set up with all necessary visual supplies.
- As needed presence on-site.
Miscellaneous:

Lead ad hoc projects as they arise.

Ensure studio is kept tidy and well stocked.

Job Title: Freelance/PT Content Creator
Reports to: Leadership Team
Status: Part-time hourly, flexible
- Collaborating and communicating directly with the founder/creative director and marketing team to develop, produce and execute social shoots to support the social channels, primarily Instagram and TikTok.
- Deliver content to founder in an organized and agreed upon manner so she can post to her account(s) seamlessly.
- Keep up with the latest social trends and work in collaboration with Susan Alexandra senior leadership and marketing team in executing a social media strategy to engage with followers and grow our digital community.
- Ideate, create and execute fresh social media content in our brand voice that aligns with creative direction and supports the brand vision.
- Attend weekly marketing meetings (usually about 30 mins) virtually or in-person.
- Attend ad hoc events in order to capture social content (store bead nights, fashion week events, beading parties, corporate events).
- Develop and present weekly social media data to marketing team ie. engagement, clicks to site, etc.
